Happy news! I’m adding a new weekly class – Prenatal Yoga at The Yoga Sanctuary Danforth every Tuesday from 5:45-7:00pm.
Yoga for pregnancy can help open and strengthen the body in preparation for childbirth, and alleviate the aches and pains of pregnancy. We’ll move through poses safe for wherever you are in your pregnancy, with appropriate modifications for the first, second or third trimester.
