Joyful Yoga of the Innerbody: a Lady Niguma Yoga immersion with Nicole Vigna

The oldest known recorded yoga series was created by a woman named Lady Niguma 1000 years ago. It is designed to systematically open each of the chakras from bottom to top. It is a concise and complete practice that is particularly well suited to our busy modern lives. The weekend will include lectures, asana, breath awareness, meditation, mantras, stories, alignments and adjustments, healthy food and a deep exploration of the innerbody and how yoga works.

nicole vignaNicole Vigna is trained in the Vinyasa, Anusara and Tibetan Heart Yoga traditions. She has over 10 years of studies in Indian and Tibetan lineages of yoga, meditation and enlightened business management under the guidance of her mentor Geshe Michael Roach. Nicole finds great joy in sharing these timeless and practical ancient teachings throughout the world.
