The oldest known recorded yoga series was created by a woman named Lady Niguma 1000 years ago. It is designed to systematically open each of the chakras from bottom to top. It is a concise and complete practice that is particularly well suited to our busy modern lives. The weekend will include lectures, asana, breath awareness, meditation, mantras, stories, alignments and adjustments, healthy food and a deep exploration of the innerbody and how yoga works.
